EC Type Examination of PPE – protective clothing is carried out and EC types certificates are issued. The competence scope of Notified Body includes:

• Protective clothing against rain (LST EN 343)
• High visibility warning clothing for professional use (LST EN 471)
• Protective clothing for use in welding and allied processes (LST EN 470-1)
• Protective clothing for workers exposed to heat (LST EN 531)
• Protective clothing – Antistatic properties (LST EN 1149)
